Backend Software Engineer - Java & Spring Boot

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Develop and optimize database interactions, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to define API requirements and integrate services.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
