Backshift Despatch Team Lead: Forklift & Logistics

Albert Bartlett is recruiting for a Despatch Team Leader on the backshift at our Boston packing site in Lincolnshire. The role is Sunday to Thursday, 18:00–02:15, with a rate of £14.49 per hour plus 50p backshift premium.

You will manage the despatch workload, liaise with managers, ensure loads are despatched correctly and supervise a small team in a safe, efficient operation. Forklift license and previous forklift experience are preferred.
