Bakery Customer Assistant – Early Shifts, Fast-Paced

Marks & Spencer plc in Belfast is recruiting a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section. You will work at the sharp end of fresh produce, rising early to deliver bread and five-star service to customers.

The role requires hands-on teamwork, flexibility to work across shifts, and the ability to stay precise under pressure. A premium of £3 per hour applies to unsocial hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
