Bakery Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer — 4 on/4 off

Hovis Bakeries is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to maintain bakery plant equipment and site services across day and night shifts. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and driving continuous improvement to maximise uptime.

Working a 42-hour week with a 4 on/4 off rotating pattern, you will contribute to site performance using KPIs and uphold safety standards while supporting training for operators and fellow engineers.
