Bakery Retail Team Lead — Lead & Delight Customers (Belfast)

Dougies Goodies Bakery in Belfast is seeking a hands-on shift supervisor to lead our friendly retail team. You’ll oversee daily shop operations, ensure excellent customer service, and represent the brand with warmth and efficiency.

Hours are 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. You’ll train, supervise, manage stock, uphold food safety standards, and help create a welcoming bakery environment that keeps customers coming back for more.
