Band 5 Staff Nurse: Mental Health, Leadership & Development

Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse for Cherry Ward, an 18-bed acute adult ward. You will work to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care within a therapies-driven environment, coordinating shifts and supporting service users and carers during admission and discharge.

The role involves supervising students and HCAs, attending ward rounds, and developing skills through rotation across Bristol inpatient services.
