Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a CPN to work with an NHS Trust in their Clozapine & Depot Clinic in South West London. This full‑time locum position is based in South West London, with proposed working hours of Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 3 weeks initially, offering an hourly rate of £27. Please note that this position is inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and patient care in the Clozapine & Depot Clinic within the community.
• Assume overall responsibility for delivering this essential clinic to patients in the London Borough of Merton.
• Support patients receiving clozapine and intramuscular (depot) medication.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mental health community experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
• Knowledge and experience of clozapine, its side effects and patient management.

Role will require a flexible and versatile nurse who is passionate about supporting patients on clozapine and depot medication in the community.
