Bank Care Assistant - Flexible Shifts, Growth Opportunities

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for New Elmcroft in Shoreham-by-Sea. This bank role offers zero hours with shifts on a as/when-needed basis, covering early and late times (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00) to support residents.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with personal care, keep accurate records, and work as part of a warm team in a quiet residential setting focused on nursing, dementia, residential and respite care.
