Location: Locations across Lancashire | Pay: £13 (non-qualified) – £14/hr (qualified)+ £60 sleep-in | Shifts: Long day Sleep (0 hr contract)
We’re a leading therapeutic children’s care provider in the Northwest, looking for caring, resilient, and passionate individuals to support young people aged 8–17. We’re dedicated to delivering consistent, compassionate care that helps young people feel safe, supported, and understood.
Working with young people from complex backgrounds—including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), high-risk challenging behaviour, and learning/behavioural challenges—you will deliver high-quality, compassionate support that meets their unique needs.

About the role
Your role: As a Residential Child Care Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive, dedicated team, creating a safe, loving, and stable home for young people. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, become someone they can count on, and support their emotional, physical, and practical needs every day.

If you’ve got a Level 3/4 qualification (or willing to work towards), 1+ year experience in a children’s residential setting, and a big heart.
