Bank Staff - Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner

AtBlossom Tree Montessori, we are recruiting for aBank Staff Nursery Assistant/Practitionerto join our warm and friendly nurseries inNorthwood Hills, Eastcote and our brand new setting in Pinner opening in September.

We are really passionate about the Montessori ethos and we provide in house training as well as supporting staff to complete courses to further their knowledge. We are looking for the right candidate who is dedicated, flexible and has a passion for working in Early Years. Your weekly hours would differ depending on our needs and your availability. As a member of the Bank Staff team, you would work across all classrooms across both nurseries, with all ages.

Our nurseries are easily accessible, located just a 7-8 minute walk from the station, with a bus stop conveniently positioned outside the nursery.

A day at Blossom would include:

• Following the guidance of the Room Leaders and other members of the team in the classroom.
• Ensuring the children are happy, content and safe whilst being supervised at all times.
• Ensuring the needs of each child are being met.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the nursery at all times.
• Help to ensure that the children always have a stimulating and welcoming environment.
• Forming secure relationships with the children.
• General tidying, cleaning and housekeeping.

What we would ask from you:

• Previousexperience of working in a previous Early Years setting is essential.
• A relevantChildcare qualification or Montessori Diplomais desirable.
• An extensive knowledge of the current EYFS is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working.

We take safeguarding very seriously and a current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate is essential.
