Bank Support Worker: Change a Child's Life (Flexible Hours)

Compass Homes is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our children's homes team in the Newcastle area. You will support children and young people with care, activities and education, building trust and safeguarding at all times.

Previous experience is not essential. A valid manual driving licence and a calm, compassionate approach are important. We value flexible hours and a supportive environment with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
