Bank Support Workers (Drivers Preferred) Flexible Cover Role | South Wales Locations: Swansea ( Brynhyfryd) & Burry port - Applicants must be willing to travel across these areas. Hours: Day & night shifts Contract: Bank / zero-hours providing cover for sickness, annual leave, and service needs as required Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker with a full driving licence, looking for a flexible bank role ? Join Active Care Group , a leading provider of specialist care, and support our North Wales teams by providing essential cover during staff sickness and annual leave . This role is ideal for those seeking ad-hoc or flexible work , alongside other commitments. This is not a domiciliary care role . You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities.

When you'll work

Day and night shifts available Bank shifts offered as required to cover sickness and annual leave across 2 of our south Wales packages Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability

What you’ll be doing

• Personal care
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Managing clinical equipment
• Shopping
• Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed
