Bank Support Worker — Empower Lives in Supported Living

Swanton Care and Community is recruiting Bank Support Workers for our supported living service in Burnley. The role covers days, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends. A driver is essential, as residents have mobility cars, though owning a car is not strictly required.

You will provide 1-2-1 care to residents with complex needs, supporting their independence and participation in community activities, while adhering to individual support plans and our PRIDE values.
