Banking IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support Specialist

Onyx-Conseil is recruiting a Helpdesk and Desktop Support Analyst for a retail bank in the City of London. The role covers desktop and peripheral hardware support, application support, and network connectivity, with remote support for mobile users.

You'll be part of the Service Desk, performing 1st/2nd line support, and handling Active Directory lifecycle, VIP staff assistance, and desktop OS refresh cycles. On-site presence required 3 days a week.
