AbouttheRole

WearelookingforaBankingOperationsAssistanttoprovideadministrativesupportacrossbankingandcredit-relatedactivities.

Therolewillinvolvesupportingclientenquiries,KYCprocesses,creditdocumentation,andday-to-dayadministrativetasksforthefrontofficeteam.

KeyResponsibilities

• Handleadministrativetasksrelatingtoclientenquiriesandquotationsforinterestratesonloans,depositsandsavingsaccounts.
• Supportarangeofadministrativeactivitiesrelatedtothecreditbusiness,includingKYCprocessesandreviewingcreditapplicationdocuments.
• Provideadministrativeandpersonalassistantsupporttomembersofthefrontofficeteam.
• Assistwithgeneraladministrativetasks,includingprocessingexpensesrelatedtobusinesstravelandcliententertainment.
• Provideotheradministrativesupportasrequiredtoensurethesmoothoperationoftheteam.

Requirements

• JapanesetomothertonguestandardandEnglishbusinesslevel
• Previousexperienceinthefinancialservicesorbankingindustryispreferred.
• Experienceincredit-relatedadministration,includingcreditratingorcreditstatusmonitoring,ispreferred.
• GoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandMicrosoftAccessispreferred.
• GoodcommunicationinJapaneseandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithcolleaguesandclients.
