Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for banqueting events according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage your assigned station efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and service.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in your work area.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving of ingredients for your section.
• Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other Chefs de Partie.
• Contribute to menu development and special event planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with banqueting or large-scale event experience.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food presentation.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
