You will be responsible for inventory management, staff training, creating exciting drink menus, and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and service quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to provide exceptional customer service and beverage preparation.
• Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus, wine lists, and other beverage offerings.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a busy establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management, stocktaking, and cost control.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
