You will be responsible for managing bar staff, inventory, beverage selection, and upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage bar staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Develop and maintain an appealing and profitable beverage menu, including cocktails and wine lists.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
