Boom Battle Bar is hiring a dynamic bar leader to master service and guest experience across our energetic venues in London. You will lead and inspire a team of bartenders, ensure every drink is prepared to spec, and drive memorable experiences from after-work drinks to themed events, while promoting our deals and upsells.

Partnering with venue managers, you will deliver epic shifts, nurture talent, and keep quality at the forefront as we continue to expand our vibrant concept across the city.
