About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest service at all times. You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the bar, maintain high standards, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bar operations and service.
- Supervise, train and motivate bar staff.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage stock levels and support stock control.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene & licensing laws.
- Handle cash and till procedures.
- Support the management team as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisor role.
- Confident, friendly and customer‑focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
Salary
£42,000 – £45,000 yearly
