Barista & Customer Experience Team Member

Blackbird Bakery in London is seeking a friendly Team Member to join a tight-knit crew. You'll deliver excellent service, support daily bakery operations, and help guests with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll be involved in front-of-house and production tasks, from greeting customers to handling till, coffee, and keeping the shop pristine. Prior experience is welcome but enthusiasm and reliability matters most.
