Barista Maestro Team Leader — Inspire Great Coffee

Costa Coffee is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) at Vangarde to lead a warm team, delivering exceptional experiences to customers and communities. The role is 35 hours per week and permanent, with a strong focus on service and hospitality.

You will coach and deploy staff, train new baristas, manage daily store operations when needed, and uphold health and safety standards while driving Costa’s quality and service levels. A genuine passion for coffee is essential.
