Bay Café Lead Chef - Shift Leader

Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran seeks a capable and passionate Chef to join the kitchen team at Bay Café by Auchrannie, capable of running the fast-paced kitchen and shifts when the Resort Executive Chef is absent.

You will work with the café/resort management team to lead the kitchen during allocated shifts, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented consistently, while maintaining safety, efficiency and a calm working environment.
