BDR Enablement Lead: Training & Onboarding

Birdeye is seeking a BDR Enablement Specialist to own the enablement lifecycle for a 50+ BDR org. You will design modern training, refresh playbooks, and lead our Flight School onboarding, delivering ongoing coaching to accelerate ramp time and pipeline.
