BDR Manager: Scale Outbound Growth (Equity + Visa)

Kernel is seeking a BDR Manager to accelerate our outbound engine as we scale in 2026. You'll own a team of ~12 BDRs and be responsible for the pipeline that fuels our growth, working with AEs, marketing and leadership to keep the top of funnel full.

You’ll bring 4+ years in business development/outbound sales with some experience managing a BDR/SDR team, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environment in London.
