Job Description
Block, Inc. is seeking a BDR Manager in the UK to lead a five‑person outbound BDR team focused on generating pipeline across SMB and Mid‑Market merchants. You will report to the UK CEO and shape how we prospect, hire, coach and grow the team in a hybrid environment.
This role emphasizes building new processes, improving outbound strategy, and collaborating with Sales Leadership, Marketing, CRM and global teams to drive performance and growth.
