Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right skincare, makeup, and fragrance products based on their needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup, with a willingness to learn about new products.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
