Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant & Retail Sales Associate to join their team at a premium beauty store in Plymouth . You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on beauty products, offering personalized consultations, and driving sales. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Offer expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, demonstrating product usage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure stock availability.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
- A genuine passion for beauty products and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, in a retail setting in Plymouth .
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
