Beauty Counter Lead — Inspire Team, Elevate KPIs

DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY is seeking a full-time Counter Manager for our Sephora counter in Stratford. You will lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and deliver the DECIEM experience with outstanding customer service. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract starting in October.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of management experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury goods, plus a passion for skincare and strong leadership to motivate a high-performing team and meet KPIs.
