Frasers Group is seeking a talented Beauty Supervisor to lead the beauty department within a Frasers store, driving sales through expert product knowledge, customer engagement, and close collaboration with brand partners.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee the beauty sales team, build relationships with 3rd party brands, manage KPIs, and develop your team through coaching and training in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
