Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client bookings.
• Lead, train, and motivate the salon team to deliver high-quality services and achieve performance targets.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained, resolving client complaints effectively.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in salon management or a senior beauty therapy role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Salon Management are advantageous.
