Behaviour Mentor - Newham
Location: Newham, East London Position: Behaviour Mentor Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Start Date: ASAP Pay: £100-£130 per day
Remedy Education are looking for a confident Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support within a school in Newham.
You will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour, SEMH needs or difficulties engaging with education, helping them regulate their emotions and successfully access learning.
Requirements
Experience supporting challenging behaviour, SEMH or additional needs Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries Calm, resilient and consistent approach Youth work, mentoring, PRU, SEN or school experience beneficialIf you have any questions please call (phone number removed) or ask for Dylan at Remedy Education
