A fantastic Alternative Provision in Westminster is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
No two days are the same in this rewarding role.
Responsibilities
Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs Managing behaviour using restorative approaches Delivering mentoring sessions Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
