Job Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies.

• Assist with small-group activities both inside and outside the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement individual support strategies.
• Help students develop positive relationships, communication skills, and emotional regulation.Job Benefits
