Behaviour Support Assistant

We are a specialist setting supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 & 4 . Our team provides a structured, nurturing environment for young people who need a fresh start and a tailored approach to learning.
We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is:
- Strong and adaptable , with a calm, confident presence
- An excellent communicator , able to build trust with pupils and staff
- Proactive and positive , with a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
- Empathetic and patient , with a good sense of humour and a team spirit
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs in small groups and 1:1
- Helping to deliver engaging, accessible learning across the curriculum
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support progress
