Behaviour Support Worker (SEMH) - 1:1 & Small Groups

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Barking & Dagenham, London is seeking an Experienced Behaviour Support Worker to support students with SEMH needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.

You will collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure students receive consistent support and a calm, structured learning environment. Previous SEMH experience is essential.
