Behaviour Support Worker - SLD/PMLD School Lambeth

£110-£120 per day

September Start

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
• Helping students re-engage with education

What we need from you:

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, youth work, or similar
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
• Available from September
