Best Start Inclusion Lead - Family Hubs

Halton Borough Council is seeking a proactive Best Start Inclusion Coordinator to lead a team within the Family Hubs network. You will oversee Best Start Inclusion Practitioners, driving early identification and inclusive practice to improve outcomes for babies and young children.

You will work across health, SEND, early years, education and social care, building partnerships and translating national policies into practical local actions.
