You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving beverage revenue, maintaining the highest service standards, and developing a talented onboard team. 🥂

In this exciting leadership role, you'll:

✅ Lead and inspire a beverage team

✅ Deliver personalized, luxury guest experiences across all venues ✨

✅ Drive beverage sales, premium spirit offerings, wine programs, and special events 🥃

✅ Oversee inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization

✅ Ensure all beverage outlets operate efficiently and consistently 🚢

✅ Collaborate closely with Culinary and Restaurant teams to elevate the guest experience ️

✅ Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

✅ Uphold Silversea's exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and public health requirements at all times

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you'll play a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction, achieving business objectives, and delivering the luxury service for which Silversea is renowned.
