Bid & Proposal Coordinator (Remote; London Travel)

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Bid Coordinator to drive bid timelines from requirements to submission. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, organise meetings, and maintain high-quality bid documentation in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong coordination skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential. The role is home-based with travel to London roughly every fortnight.
