Bilingual Customer Service Advisor – English/German Hybrid

The LEGO Group in Slough is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor on a fixed-term contract to 31 January 2027. Start dates range from June to September, supporting LEGO fans worldwide during peak season, with English and German responses by phone and email.

We offer a competitive starting salary plus a discretionary bonus up to 10%, plus a hybrid work model (up to 3 days at home, at least 2 days in the office after training).
