Bilingual Medical Affairs Ops Coordinator (German/English)

Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Support who is fluent in German and English to join our global team. You will coordinate contracts, payments and onboarding for HCPs and partners, working closely with Medical Affairs, Procurement and Legal to keep initiatives on track.

You’ll manage timelines, ensure governance and SOP compliance, and act as a confident point of contact for multiple stakeholders across Europe, driving efficient operations in a regulated environment.
