Billing Associate – AI-Driven FinOps & Onboarding

Swap is seeking a Billing Associate contractor (12 Month FTC) to support day-to-day billing operations, with a focus on Shipping billing and customer onboarding. This hands-on role requires keen attention to detail, comfort with data, systems, automation and AI to enhance Finance processes.

You’ll solve billing issues, improve processes, and shape how billing capabilities scale as Swap grows in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
