BIM Architect Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is dedicated to optimizing the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across all project phases, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless collaboration. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, workflows, and providing technical support to architects and designers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans for projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support for BIM software (primarily Revit) to project teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance BIM capabilities within the practice.
• Oversee the integration of BIM models with other project disciplines (structural, M&E).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and recommend new BIM tools, technologies, and workflows.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with extensive BIM experience .
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Revit and other BIM software.
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and related standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent communication and training skills, suitable for a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
