BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator – Data Centres Location: UK / Europe Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + £160 tax-free weekly living allowance Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across the project

• Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models

• Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks

• Manage model coordination and information exchange

• Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings

• Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams

• Review drawings, models and technical information

• Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models

• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained

• Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager

• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards

• Maintain accurate project information and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator

• Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks

• MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience

• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable

• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines

• Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment
