BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client, a leader in sustainable building design, is looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote technical team. You will be responsible for managing and implementing BIM processes across a variety of exciting projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the digital workflow. This role is crucial in supporting the design and construction teams by facilitating seamless collaboration and data management. As a remote team member, you will leverage technology to connect and contribute effectively from your chosen location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans for projects.
• Coordinate and consolidate BIM models from various disciplines, ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and work with project teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Maintain and update BIM content libraries and standards to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles.
• Experience with various project delivery methods and information management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks remotely.
