About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive BIM Technician to join their fully remote team. This role is essential for supporting the firm's BIM strategy, focusing on the creation, management, and coordination of Building Information Models. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure the accurate and efficient use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit models according to project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Assist in the coordination of models from various disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection.
- Prepare and deliver BIM documentation and deliverables as required by project teams.
- Support the implementation and adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and provide technical assistance to project team members.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit and experience with BIM software.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and model aggregation is advantageous.
- Understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality digital models.
