Biogas Plant Manager: Lead Site Operations & Safety

Astute People, through its Renewables Team, is recruiting a Plant Manager for a site just east of Edinburgh to lead the day-to-day operations of an anaerobic digestion plant.

You will manage a small team of Operators and contractors, drive HSE compliance, ensure correct feedstock and feedstock composition, monitor KPIs, and use SCADA for fault diagnosis and trend analysis. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and contribute to continuous improvement.
