Field Service Engineer - Biomass Heating Systems

This Field Service Engineer job is ideal for engineers seeking a better work-life balance, reduced overnight stays and predominantly planned maintenance work. As a Field Service Engineer you’ll join a leading UK manufacturer of biomass heating systems, energy-from-waste equipment and industrial plant machinery.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

• Service and maintain biomass heating systems

• Install and commission biomass equipment

• Carry out fault finding and repair work

• Maintain industrial shredding equipment

• Complete service reports and inspections

• Support planned maintenance programmes

Field Service Engineer Requirements

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

• Industrial plant or process equipment experience

• Fault finding and repair skills

• Installation and commissioning experience

• Mechanical engineering background
