Bladder & Bowel Care Service Assistant – Clinical Support

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Bladder & Bowel Care Service Assistant to join a small, friendly team. The role involves conducting assessments with patients in their own homes and care homes, supporting specialist nurses and managing continence products. A car driver with access to a vehicle is essential.
